This day is all about getting hands on, doing real conservation and wildlife work. You will spend the whole day in the countryside learning to track animals, set humane traps, use firearms and train dogs. We’ll also discover what has been caught on the trail cams or left traces on the feeder boxes. It’s a busy and action packed day.

Typical day for a party of 5
9am- Meet at Wild HQ.Briefing for the day, learn about the tools and meet the Dogs.
10am- Dog training with Feya the tracking dog.
11am-Red Squirrel survey.
Midday- River bank walk to check trail cams for otters.
1pm- River bank picnic.
2pm- Rifle training and target shooting.
3.30pm-Check and set squirrel and mink traps.
4.30pm- Back to Wild HQ for debrief.
