How it works

We provide guided wildlife and dark skies adventures and wild camping for small groups  at a fixed cost. We will take you to see or do what you want to see or do when you want to see it or do it. We don’t have pre-set times and programmes for our adventures we work it out to suit you.Your experience will be exclusive to your group  and we will customise times, places and activities to suit you.

Whilst your are out on your adventure we will feed you, give you drinks, transport you and provide any specialist gear. We will arrange a meeting point and return you to that point at the end of that experience. We have a number of different meeting points and we will discuss with you which one which suits you best.

We don’t have a zoo or keep animals in captivity, anything you see with us will be the real deal, truly wild. It will be surviving against the odds and living in its natural environment. Many of the animals we watch are hunted by humans or other animals so they are very shy. This might mean they will be a good way away and you might need to use our binoculars or spotting scopes to watch them. We cannot guarantee that you will see anything. Please don’t expect to be able to touch or feed the animals. Please do expect to have to sneak up, stay still and be very quiet.

Children are welcome, if you have little kids discuss with us which experiences will suit them. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

If you have health or mobility problems we will try as best we can to work with them and still give you a great experience. We will tailor a programme to suit your fitness levels, mobility and desire for adventure.

We can take up to seven people on any experience, but it will be a squash, six is better and five is probably ideal.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking and to cancel any booking at anytime if we feel that your safety, our safety or the well being of the wildlife is threatened.
