What could be better than catching a perfect little trout from a wild and remote loch or a rushing river? How about catching it by the most elegant and traditional method, then preparing it cooking it and eating it?
On this fantastic family experience you will not only discover some of our most beautiful scenery. You will learn about its birds and wildlife, learn a little of the ancient art of fly fishing and with luck catch a real, wild, native brown trout.

Typical day for a party of 5
11am- Meet at pre-arranged rendezvous point and head out into the forest
12am- Walk out across the moorland enjoying views of the spectacular scenery and the wildlife.
1pm-Arrive at the loch and get into the fishing with help and advice from Matt.
5pm- Loch side wild fish barbecue, or if you haven’t caught enough a wild meat barbecue with seasonal wild game.
7pm- Back across the moors.
8pm- Head back to the rendezvous.
